aipracticebroker.com is operated by Jonathan Ingalls, a California real estate licensee (DRE #01926047), doing business as a dental practice brokerage. Content on this site — including any free Broker's Opinion of Value, market reports, or AI-assisted tools — is provided for general informational purposes and does not itself create a brokerage or agency relationship. That relationship begins only when a written listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or equivalent engagement is signed.

Buyer and seller portal accounts are for the individual they were created for. Vault and document access granted for one listing does not extend to any other listing. Do not share your login credentials or a vault link with anyone the access wasn't granted to.

Don't attempt to access another user's account, vault, or documents.

Governing law
