AI Practice Broker · Disclosure

How I use AI.

Short version: I use it a lot, I say so, and a licensed broker still reads everything before it reaches you.

What the AI does

It drafts my emails and updates. It models practices: the add-back schedule, the earnings a lender will accept, the buyer who fits. It keeps the file: who asked what, who signed, who is waiting on whom. It answers questions on this site by voice and by text, any hour, in my words, because it learned from me.

What it does not do

It does not give an opinion of value. It does not decide. It does not sign anything, send anything to a client on its own, or tell a buyer what to offer. Those are mine, under CA DRE #01926047.

Your information

What you give me is used for the transaction in front of us and nothing else. Practice files sit behind a signed confidentiality agreement and a tokenized vault; access is logged. I do not sell or share your information, and the AI tools I use are configured so your documents are not used to train anyone's model.

If you would rather talk to a person

Say so, in any message, and you will. (619) 602-4515 · jonathan@tdibroker.com.

Why I write this down

Because the rules for AI in professional work are still being written, and I would rather be the broker who documented what he did, every day, than the one who waited to be told. This page changes as the tools do; the date below is the last time I read it.
